Do you accept orders from outside of the United States?

Yes! We make a special effort to serve our international customers. Subject to export and manufacturer restrictions, we accept orders from most major countries for many of our products.

Although we strive to accommodate most international orders, please note that we do not ship to certain countries and we reserve the right to refuse any international order. If we cannot accept your order, it will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.

How do I place an international order?

Placing an international order with us is easy. Simply select “International Air” or "International Express" as the shipping method at checkout.

After you submit your order, we will calculate your shipping and processing charge (based on weight and destination) We will contact you via e-mail if the shipping charges should change or are higher from that of your original shopping cart order. We will not charge your credit card or ship your merchandise until we receive final approval via e-mail for you.

*Please note that we will not charge your credit card or complete your order until you approve the shipping and processing charge and terms of international sale.

What forms of payment do you accept for international orders?

We accept payment by credit card, international money order or traveler’s check. We also gladly accept payment through a verified PayPal account with a confirmed shipping address.

For credit card orders from certain countries, we may ask you to provide additional documentation for verification purposes.

What shipping methods are available for international orders and how much does it cost?
 
We ship most international orders using either United States Postal Service Airmail or Express Mail Service. The shipping and processing charge depends upon the shipping weight and delivery address.

After you submit your order, we will calculate your shipping and processing charge (based on weight and destination) and send you a follow-up e-mail for your approval.

Please note that we will not charge your credit card or complete your order until you approve the shipping and processing charge and terms of international sale.

How do you handle customs duties and import restrictions?

You are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that your country may impose to take delivery of your order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise.” Also, because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended to be received by a gift recipient.

Every country has unique import restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you order is legal for import into your country.

Can you mark my international order as a “gift”?

Sorry, in order to comply with export regulations, we must declare all orders as dutiable “merchandise” and may not mark them as “gifts” or “personal items” even if the items are intended for a gift recipient.

If your item is being shipped to a gift recipient, this might mean that he/she may be responsible for paying applicable customs duties in order to take delivery of the order.

Why do you need a copy of my identification card and credit card?

For international orders (i.e., orders placed using a foreign credit card and/or orders shipping outside of the United States) from certain countries, our credit card processor requires us to obtain additional documentation for verification purposes. This additional security measure is designed to prevent fraudulent and unauthorized charges to your credit card.

Normally, we are able to authorize your credit card through your issuer and our processor without this additional documentation. We will notify you by e-mail if we need more information.

Please rest assured that your information will be used solely for the purpose of verifying your payment information and for no other purpose. In addition, your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
